SORIC TF 3

SORIC TF 3 is a pressure stable polyester nonwoven that is suitable for closed mould processes in advanced manufacturing applications. As a core material, infusion medium and/or print blocker, SORIC TF 3 can be used in manufacturing processes like Infusion, RTM Light, RTM Heavy. It has high thickness of 3.0 mm and is compatible with all regular types of resin used in advanced manufacturing, including Polyester, Vinylester, Phenolic and Epoxy. SORIC TF 3 offers benefits like thickness loss of less than 25% at 0.8 bar pressure and high maximum processing temperature of 170°C, making it well-suited for demanding manufacturing environments. With resin uptake of 1.4 kg/m2 and dry weight of 160 g/m2, SORIC TF 3 can efficiently deliver optimized performance for advanced manufacturing applications.
