PEMULEN TR-1 NF

PEMULEN TR-1 NF is a multifunctional polymer that can be used in various pharmaceutical formulations, achieving optimal viscosity and stability with very low use levels. PEMULEN TR-1 NF it's an emulsifier, thickener, and rheology modifier with long flow. It's recommended for semisolids and gels and other topicals drug delivery systems and also for ophthalmic drug delivery applications. The recommended levels of use are 0.2-0.4 wt% in topical emulsions and 0.5-3 wt% in other topical products. PEMULEN TR-1 NF is a carbomer copolymer type B: polymer of acrylic acid and a C10-30 akyl acrylate crosslinked with allyl pentaerythritol.
