CERAFLOUR 917

CERAFLOUR 917 is a temperature stable wax additive with excellent shear stability. It is characterized by a high shear stability and is also suitable for applications reaching very high shear forces during application. As a result of the high melt viscosity of the wax, the wax particles do not change shape, even at high temperatures. CERAFLOUR 917 makes it possible to achieve homogeneous and even surface textures. The wax increases the scratch and abrasion resistance of applications. It can be used for solvent-borne and aqueous baking systems, two-pack and air-drying systems. CERAFLOUR 917 is especially recommended for use where durability, longevity and protection from wear are important.
