SURECEL 466 is an ultra high molecular weight acrylic co-polymer designed to offer excellent properties for advanced material applications. Due to its excellent resistance to void and a very high gas containment limit, SURECEL™ 466 ER Processing Aid provides the highest efficiency in terms of foaming process. The use of this processing aid during foaming process helps to reach excellent performance and very high quality of end-use products. Applications SURECEL™ 466 ER Processing Aid is recommended in foamed PVC formulations designed for free foam sheets and Celuka foamed sheets, with higher thickness and for foamed profiles. This allows for outstanding control over key performance aspects such as closed cell structure, narrow cell size distribution, thickness stability and low density. SURECEL 466's high efficiency enables material manufacturers to achieve superior properties at lower densities.
