PEB 4065

PEB4065 is a concentrate of a 20-25nm particle sized carbon black in an LLDPE carrier. It is manufactured to give a very high standard of pigment dispersion making it suitable for high quality film applications. Incorporates antioxidants that give thermal protection during processing and component service life. Is especially beneficial in applications that demand UV protection. Can be used either by feeding polymer and masterbatch into the processing equipment hopper directly or by pre-blending. Is compatible with all Polyethylene polymers and is usually suitable in Polypropylene.
