BYK-SYNERGIST 2105

BYK SYNERGIST 2105 is a pigment synergist that improves the effectiveness of polymeric wetting and dispersing additives when stabilizing organic yellow, orange and red pigments. BYK SYNERGIST 2105 enables high-molecular weight wetting and dispersing additives to be more efficiently adsorbed on the surface of organic pigments, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the wetting and dispersing additives. Stabilization of the pigments is improved and higher pigment contents are possible as a result of a reduction in viscosity. This allows for enhanced pigment stabilization and dispersion which results in improved product performance, higher pigment loadings and better color development. BYK SYNERGIST 2105 is recommended for use in combination with high-molecular weight wetting and dispersing additives.
