PLEXUS MA-310 is a high performance two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding applications in advanced materials industries. PLEXUS MA-310 offers a combination of high strength, stiffness and ability to bond a wide range of thermoplastic, composite and metal substrates. It provides excellent adhesion with substrates like ABS, PVC, styrenics, acrylics, polyesters, urethanes, FRP, vinyl esters and more. PLEXUS MA-310 cures at room temperature with a working time of 15-18 minutes and reaches handling strength within 45-55 minutes making it suitable for rapid manufacturing processes in advanced materials. Its gap filling capability of 0.012-0.125 inches allows effective bonding of components with tight tolerances common in advanced materials assembly lines.
