OPTIGEL-CK

OPTIGEL CK is a specially selected and activated bentonite product that shows a marked thixotropic thickening effect. As a gelling agent, OPTIGEL CK prevents settling of heavy pigments and fillers, allowing for more even application and reduced sagging. It incorporates a yield value into coating and sealing formulations. OPTIGEL CK is purely inorganic and stable against chemicals, withstanding oxidation or degradation. Formulations produced with OPTIGEL CK also have improved storage stability and application properties. OPTIGEL CK reduces the need for multiple coats due to its thickening and anti-settling effects.
