DISPERBYK-199 BF

DISPERBYK 199 BF is a VOC-free wetting and dispersing additive that is used for stabilizing organic and inorganic pigments in aqueous coatings. DISPERBYK 199 BF uses electrosteric stabilization to deflocculate the pigments. As a result of the small particle size of the deflocculated pigments, properties like transparency, hiding power, color strength and flow characteristics are improved in advanced material formulations. DISPERBYK 199 BF represents an alternative to conventional high molecular weight wetting and dispersing additives that are usually used in aqueous systems. It is suitable for dispersing various pigments and fillers used in advanced material coatings and composites.
