BYK-LP G 22096

BYK LP-G 22096 is a VOC-free and low migrating organically modified siloxane.Due to its strong surface tension reduction, it is most suitable for wetting of critical substrates and conventional offset inks. Improves substrate wetting and leveling at low dosages in 100% solvent-free UV-curable printing inks and overprint varnishes. In most cases only half the amount of conventional silicones is needed to optimize levelling and substrate wetting. BYK LP-G 22096 is especially recommended for inks on high speed printing machines. Due to its good compatibility in common binder systems, the production of highly transparent overprint varnishes is possible.
