BYK-A 515
BYK-A 515 is a silicone-free polymer-based air release additive that improves fiber wetting and is used in pultrusion. BYK-A 515 functions as a highly surface-active air release additive with fiber wetting properties for resins used in advanced material manufacturing. It allows for improved fiber impregnation and reduces air entrapment within advanced composite materials. BYK-A 515 supports enhanced mechanical properties and quality of finished advanced materials through elimination of defects from trapped air bubbles.
