AVANSTATIC SBR/EPDM

AVANSTATIC SBR/EPDM is an effective additive specially designed for colored or clear rubber antistatic/ESD formulations, specially formulated for non-polar rubber as SBR, EPDM, NR rubber blends. AVANSTATIC SBR/EPDM enables reaching lower resistance levels than other alternative products in the market with a minimum effect to rubber properties. It provides static dissipative and ESD permanent performance. As a cost-effective solution, it requires low dosage to reach lower resistance levels than other alternatives. It ensures minimum effect to host material original mechanical properties. avanSTATIC Rubber SBR/EPDM is presented in powder form, it is specially designed for its integration in SBR and EPDM. Extremely effective at low concentration levels are required (7-10 phr). It is easy to disperse and to integrate in each formula. It could be used in other types of rubber as BR, CR, CSM, NR, with lower conductivity levels results.
