AVANSTATIC RUBBER

AVANSTATIC RUBBER is a specially designed powder additive for integration in NBR rubber formulations. AVANSTATIC RUBBER is extremely effective as very low concentration levels are required between 1-5 phr. It is easy to disperse and integrate into rubber each formulas. To optimize its results, applying polar elements in your formulation is recommended. As this application has SiO2, a small additionof Polyethylene glycol may be necessary to adjust vulcanizing times. This product is not suitable for extrusion processes. AVANSTATIC RUBBER enables reaching lower resistance levels than alternative products with minimum effect on rubber properties. As an ionic conductive additive, AVANSTATIC RUBBER provides permanent static dissipative and electrostatic discharge performance for NBR rubber.
