AVANSTATIC 455FDA

AVANSTATIC 455FDA is an effective additive specially designed for colored or clear rubber antistatic/ESD formulations. It is formulated for SBR, SBR/NBR, NR, rubber blends. AVANSTATIC 455FDA enables reaching lower resistance levels than other alternative products in the market with a minimum effect to rubber properties. It provides static dissipative and ESD permanent performance. It is FDA compliant and good for colorless and colourable formulations. AVANSTATIC 455FDA requires low dosage to reach lower resistance levels than other alternatives, and has minimum effect on original mechanical properties of materials. It is non-toxic and specially designed for integration in SBR. Extremely effective since low concentration levels are required (10 phr). It is easy to disperse and integrate in each formula. Its use in materials could optimize results, and it could also be used in other material types with less polarity as BR, CR, CSM, NR, with lower conductivity levels results.
