ATTAGEL 50
ATTAGEL 50 is an inert powdered gelling grade attapulgite clay mineral. It is finely pulverized to effectively form colloidal gels in aqueous solutions to provide thixotropic thickening and suspension properties. ATTAGEL 50 imparts sag resistance, spatter control, and syneresis control when used. It can suspend formulation ingredients and impart thickening when dispersed with an appropriate surfactant in organic liquid systems. ATTAGEL 50 is recommended where these benefits are required for long-lasting, even product distribution and application.
