AROPOL G 327 SL

AROPOL G 327 SL is a medium reactive and very low viscosity orthophtalic polyester resin with high heat distortion temperature and high tensile elongation. AROPOL G 327 SL offers excellent properties like high strength, stiffness and heat resistance making it suitable for casting applications. AROPOL G 327 SL is not accelerated and not thixotropic either. It provides high tensile strength of 65 MPa and tensile modulus of 3300 MPa along with tensile elongation of 3.0-4.0% and flexural strength of 120 MPa. With its heat deflection temperature of 80 degree Celsius, AROPOL G 327 SL can withstand high temperatures required during processing and manufacturing in advanced materials. AROPOL G 327 SL is a general purpose resin used for applications like polyester concrete and low pressure molding due to its balanced mechanical properties and processing advantages. Its low viscosity of 160-180 mPa.s also eases processability.
