ADIPRENE LF 930A ™

ADIPRENE LF 930A is a TDI-terminated polyether prepolymer with extremely low free TDI content. When cured with 4,4'-methylene-bis-(o-chloroaniline), MBCA, or VIBRACURE 2107, it yields a high performance 93 Shore A polyurethane elastomer suitable for many applications in advanced materials. ADIPRENE LF 930A has less than 0.1% free TDI, which can be beneficial in applications where worker exposure needs to be carefully managed and controlled. It has longer pot life and lower viscosity compared to conventional prepolymers, improving processing performance for advanced material manufacturing. Excellent dynamic properties also make it suitable for dynamically demanding applications in advanced materials industry that require 93 Shore A hardness elastomer.
