TRIXENE AQUA BI 522

TRIXENE AQUA BI 522 is a stable, non-ionic waterborne dispersion with high solids content of blocked aliphatic polyisocyanates in water. It is designed as a crosslinker used in one component (1K) waterborne systems as well as for adhesion promotion. TRIXENE AQUA BI 522 enables streamlined manufacturing with low viscosity to allow use in 1K and 2K coating systems. It offers highly flexible coatings with different curing profiles. It is suitable for a wide range of applications where durability is a key driver. TRIXENE AQUA BI 522 has no or low levels of VOC for improved health and safety during handling and processing and enable the final coatings to meet increasingly strict regulatory requirements.
