POLYPHASE 862 CR is an effective broad-spectrum preservative designed to inhibit the growth of bacteria in aqueous systems. It is suitable for use in various waterborne end-use products, such as paints, coatings, stucco, polymer dispersions, adhesives, sealants, inks and other industrial applications. POLYPHASE 862 CR can favorably act as a fast antibacterial agent in combination with a long-term stable preservative in slightly alkaline materials. This product is suitable for systems with a pH of 3 - 7 and at a temperature up to 80 °C. POLYPHASE 862 CR provides broad-spectrum protection and headspace protection for applications. It is effective over a wide pH range and offers fast-acting and cost-effective protection.
