ADIPRENE LF 1900A is a high performance polyurethane material with very low free TDI content. It yields a high Shore A hardness elastomer when cured, offering cast processors important advantages. ADIPRENE LF 1900A has less than 0.1% free TDI, beneficial for worker exposure control. It has longer pot life and lower viscosity than conventional materials, improving processing performance with reduced scrap. As a TDI-terminated polyester prepolymer, ADIPRENE LF 1900A exhibits excellent dynamic properties for applications requiring low heat build-up under high speed and load.
