Aspanger Mica is a pure, fine Muscovite-Mica, 100% produced out from our own Austrian mineral deposit characterized by the following special properties: - natural fine particle sizes - high purity - platy, lamellar structure - very high wettability (low oil absorption) - high aspect ratio - hydrophilic polarity In the application as high performance filler Aspanger Mica significantly improves the properties in the various applications: - highly reducing permeability - excellent dispersibility - very low thermal & electric conductivity - improving mechanical rigidity & stiffness - increased flexural strength - reducing cracking & shrinkage - excellent UV resistance - better surface properties - better chemical resistance
