ESTISURF CC03

ESTISURF CC03 is applied as an all-round emulsifier package for use in high-performance cold cleaners based on hydrocarbon solvents and/or ESTISOL esters. ESTISURF CC03 is compatible with a wide range of solvents. Small amounts of coupling agents such as ESTISOL 300 or fatty alcohols may be applied if a very non-polar solvent such as D80 or D100 is used as base fluid. This will to increase the solubility of the surfactant in the solvent at high and low temperatures. Alternatively, a VERY small amount of water in the range of 0.05 – 0.1% also acts as a good coupling agent between the ESTISURF surfactant and the hydrocarbon solvent. Cold cleaners containing ESTISURF CC03 show good self-splitting properties in oil separators.
