DISPERBYK-2152

DISPERBYK 2152 is an emission-free, hyperbranched wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-free systems. It was specially developed for use in reactive systems. During grinding with pigments or fillers its polyester side chains are compressed, increasing adhesion to surfaces. The pigment affinic group is then adsorbed onto surfaces, while side chains shield reactive groups, reducing viscosity without reaction, allowing long-term stability. DISPERBYK 2152 features excellent pigment wetting and deflocculation. It is broadly compatible, with no effect on properties. DISPERBYK 2152 meets relevant industry standards. It improves filling levels and lowers viscosity, allowing higher performance in demanding applications.
