DEOTACK 1100

DEOTACK 1100 is a tackifying resin that displays excellent compatibility in different polymers and bonding agents. As a tackifier resin, DEOTACK 1100 can be mainly employed in pressure-sensitive adhesives, hot melts or in road paints. The light yellow pelleted resin has a softening point of 94-102°C and density of 0.97-0.99 g/cm3. It is soluble in aliphatic, aromatic and chlorinated hydrocarbons, while being insoluble in alcohols, glycols and water. DEOTACK 1100 shows good balance of adhesion and cohesion properties. It is also compatible with various elastomers and polymers used in advanced material formulations. When used as a tackifier at 2-6 phr in advanced material mixtures, DEOTACK 1100 does not significantly influence the physical properties or vulcanization process.
