AQUACER 597

AQUACER 597 is a cationic wax emulsion based on a modified polypropylene wax used for formulating release agents. AQUACER 597 brings about a good wetting and outstanding adhesion to mold surfaces. It provides excellent film forming properties at high temperatures. These attributes make AQUACER 597 well-suited for release agents used in manufacturing processes that require mold protection, damage prevention to tooling, and production of components with superior surfaces. AQUACER 597 is recommended at levels between 10-70% and can be diluted with water or directly added to release agent formulations.
