VIBRATHANE 8522

VIBRATHANE 8522 is a polyester based, MDI terminated liquid urethane prepolymer that produces high quality vulcanizates in the 89 Shore A range characterized by high tear strength, exceptional dynamic properties and low compression set. When cured with 1,4 - Butanediol, VIBRATHANE 8522 can be used in applications requiring materials with enhanced mechanical properties. Its high tear strength and dynamic properties make it well-suited for Advanced Materials requiring durability and flexibility. VIBRATHANE 8522's low compression set also allows for materials to maintain elasticity and resist permanent deformation even after extensive use.
