PVB 91

PVB91 is a carbon black masterbatch concentrate suitable for use in a variety of applications within advanced manufacturing industries. PVB91 contains a high loading of 20-25nm carbon black particles dispersed within an EVA carrier resin. This provides benefits such as excellent color strength and dispersion properties. The small and uniform carbon black particle size of PVB91 allows for deep, consistent black coloring of materials. It can be directly mixed into production processes or pre-blended for compounding. PVB91 is compatible with many thermoplastics used in advanced applications, such as PE, PP, PS, PVC, EVA, PC, PA6, and more. The carbon black within PVB91 helps provide properties like UV resistance and conductivity which can enable new possibilities for high-performance advanced materials.
