DISPERBYK-2150

DISPERBYK 2150 is a wetting and dispersing additive for solvent-borne systems and binder-containing pigment concentrates with broad compatibility. Particularly compatible with thermoplastic acrylates and cellulose nitrate. As a block copolymer solution, DISPERBYK 2150 deflocculates pigments through steric stabilization and electrical charge, preventing coflocculation for flood-free color and high gloss. Reduced viscosity enables higher pigment loading. DISPERBYK 2150 has excellent compatibility with standard solvent-borne binders and enables high pigment concentrates through reduced mill base viscosity. Optimal for applications requiring uniform pigment dispersion, transparency in pigments, and hiding power without compromising on leveling or application properties.
