CERAFLOUR 913

CERAFLOUR 913 is a micronized polypropylene wax additive that provides very fine surface textures when used in solvent-borne and aqueous coating systems. With an average particle size of 18 microns, CERAFLOUR 913 generates a uniform, easily reproducible texture effect. It also imparts a soft feel and outstanding matting properties to finished surfaces. These characteristics make CERAFLOUR 913 especially suitable for applications where a smooth, non-reflective finish is required like industrial and architectural coatings. As a fine wax particle additive, CERAFLOUR 913 allows formulators to achieve a balanced performance between appearance, tactile qualities and hiding power. It can be used across a wide range of 2-10% based on the total formulation weight.
