ADIPRENE LF 700D

ADIPRENE LF 700D is a TDI-terminated polyether prepolymer with extremely low free TDI content. When cured with 4,4'-methylenebis(o-chloroaniline) (MBCA), it yields a high performance 70 Shore D polyurethane elastomer suitable for many applications. ADIPRENE LF 700D offers key benefits for advanced material applications including low viscosity and long pot life for improved processing. Its low heat buildup and excellent dynamic properties enable use in more dynamically demanding applications requiring a 70 Shore D hardness elastomer. ADIPRENE LF 700D's low monomer content also provides hygiene benefits for material processing.
