PLEXUS MA-550, 380ML

PLEXUS MA-550, 380ML is a two-part methacrylate adhesive designed for structural bonding of thermoplastic, metal, and composite assemblies. Combined at a 10:1 ratio, PLEXUS MA-550, 380ML has a working time of 40 to 50 minutes and achieves approximately 75% of ultimate strength in 70 to 75 minutes at 74°F (23°C). PLEXUS MA-550, 380ML is supplied in ready-to-use 380ml cartridges and is ideal for advanced material applications that require a structural adhesive with excellent fatigue endurance, outstanding impact resistance and superior toughness. This adhesive is bright white and UV stable. PLEXUS MA-550, 380ML provides a unique combination of properties that benefit advanced composite and metal material bonding including virtually no surface preparation requirement and resistance to chemicals and environmental conditions.
