BYK-LP G 22096

BYK LPG 22096 is an organically modified siloxane additive that provides strong surface tension reduction properties. Due to its ability to improve substrate wetting and leveling at low dosages, BYK LPG 22096 is most suitable for applications that require critical substrate wetting. It can be used in 100% solvent-free formulations as well as conventional systems. Only half the amount is needed compared to other silicones to optimize properties. BYK LPG 22096 performs well in high-speed production processes. It also allows for highly transparent finishes due to good compatibility in common binders. The strong wetting properties of BYK LPG 22096 make it well-suited for applications where superior substrate adhesion is required.
