Β-CAROTENE 1% CWS/M

β-CAROTENE 1% CWS/M is a fine powder consisting of a solution of β-CAROTENE in Medium Chain Triglycerides finely dispersed in a matrix of Acacia, Sucrose and Dried Glucose Syrup. It is used as a nutrient or colour in food applications including food/dietary supplements. β-CAROTENE 1% CWS/M provides natural colouring and nutritional value to foods without directly mentioning any food name. It is dispersible in water, yielding a yellow coloration. The product is stable for 30 months when stored below 15°C and has benefits of being safe for intended use and providing natural colouring and nutritional value to foods.
