PLURONIC F77 PRILL

PLURONIC F77 PRILL is a difunctional block copolymer surfactant terminating in primary hydroxyl groups. It is a nonionic surfactant that is 100% active and relatively nontoxic. PLURONIC F77 PRILL has a cloud point of >100°C and pH range of 6.0-7.0. It has a hydroxyl number of 15.5-18.5 mg KOH/g and water content of 0.75% max. PLURONIC F77 PRILL has an average molecular weight of 6600 and specific gravity of 1.04 at 77°C. It has a melt point of 48°C and surface tension of 47 dynes/cm at 25°C. PLURONIC F77 PRILL has an HLB value of 25 and is soluble in water at >10% at 25°C. PLURONIC F77 PRILL is suitable for industrial applications requiring a nonionic surfactant with good solubility and low toxicity. Its high cloud point and HLB value make it well-suited for use in industrial cleaning formulations where it can help emulsify and solubilize oils, greases and other contaminants.
