PVB 21

PVB21 is a carbon black masterbatch concentrate suitable for a wide range of applications. Containing 45% carbon black particles around 26-30nm in size, PVB21 provides excellent color strength and dispersion. The universal carrier system makes PVB21 compatible with most thermoplastics like PE, PP, PS, PVC, EVA, PC, PA6, PA12, ABS and HIPS. PVB21 can be directly added during injection molding or compounded during extrusion processes for the advanced materials industry. As a high pigment loaded concentrate, PVB21 is suitable for coloring recycled materials as well. Some key benefits of using PVB21 masterbatch in advanced material formulations include good covering power for deep black colors, a glossy finish, easy processability, and a universal polymer compatibility which allows for a wide processing temperature window of 90-280°C.
