PARALOID EXL-2650 J

PARALOID EXL-2650 J is a core shell structured impact modifier with high level of butadiene rubber. It has a well-defined rubber particle size that is unaffected by compounding conditions. PARALOID EXL-2650 J demonstrates effective impact modification in PC , PBT and other engineering resins and blends. The low-temperature toughness and impact strength of materials can be significantly improved with relatively low addition levels of PARALOID EXL-2650 J. It allows formulators to tailor material blends to help meet specific application needs in industries that require high-performance materials. PARALOID EXL-2650 J is particularly efficient at improving impact performance in thick sections, which are normally notch sensitive and brittle. It also enhances the impact resistance of materials after aging. When added to certain blends, PARALOID EXL-2650 J acts as a compatibilizer, avoiding phase separation and surface defects for improved material properties and performance.
