INDOPOL H-7
INDOPOL H-7 is a polybutene polymer with typical properties such as molecular weight of 440, polydispersity index of 1.80, flash point above 145°C, turbidity below 4 NTU and acid number below 0.05 mg KOH/g. INDOPOL H-7 has bromine number of 40 g Br2/100g, chlorine content of 60 ppm and low levels of metals. Key benefits of INDOPOL H-7 include viscosity index of 90 and low pour point of -36°C, which makes it suitable as a base oil additive for applications requiring low pour point and high viscosity retention even at high temperatures. INDOPOL H-7 also has good oxidative stability and low volatility, helping to improve efficiency. Its low colour and clarity properties are beneficial in applications where appearance is important. INDOPOL H-7 is permanently non-drying, non-staining, emulsifiable, excellent electrical insulator, good lubricant / shear stable, non-corrosive, practically non-toxic, stable to light and air under ambient conditions, low pour point, complete depolymerisation.
