VIBRATHANE 8000

VIBRATHANE 8000 is a liquid urethane prepolymer and curative system designed for general use in industrial applications. Formulated as a three component system, this member of the VIBRATHANE® family produces high performance vulcanizates when cured. VIBRATHANE 8000 offers benefits ideal for advanced material applications, including high physical and mechanical properties, high resilience and resistance to abrasion wear and tear propagation, and excellent resistance to oils, fuels and grease. As a liquid prepolymer, VIBRATHANE 8000 is suited for both machine and hand processing. It provides long pot lives at higher hardnesses, low viscosity curatives with improved compatibility, and a wide range of processing parameters. This allows for excellent development of green strength, optimised reactivity offering excellent reproducibility between lots, and lower peak exotherm generated at higher hardness. VIBRATHANE 8000 remains liquid at ambient storage temperatures.
