FACTICE NQ

FACTICE NQ is a brown sulphur factice composed of castor oil cross-linked with sulphur. It has a yellowish-brown ground appearance or brown crumbs. As a swelling resistant additive, FACTICE NQ improves the oil resistance of polymer compounds used in advanced material applications. With total sulphur content between 11-14% and free sulphur 0.8-1.3%, FACTICE NQ delivers enhanced swelling properties comparable to 33% acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber. Its density of 1.1 g/cm3 and minimal ash content make it well-suited for improving the performance of polymer blends without compromising material properties. FACTICE NQ is supplied in 25 kg PE-bags with a minimum 6 month stability for use in developing advanced materials with increased swelling resistance in oil-based environments.
