TECOFLEX SG-80A

TECOFLEX SG 80A is a medical grade aliphatic thermoplastic polyurethane solution that provides excellent mechanical properties without yellowing. As a clear solution grade, TECOFLEX SG 80A is formulated for solution processing with a Shore hardness of 72A and specific gravity of 1.04. It exhibits good tensile strength at 5,800 psi with 660% ultimate elongation for flexibility in applications. TECOFLEX SG 80A's low flexural modulus of 1,000 psi and mold shrinkage of 0.008-0.012 in/in make it well-suited for precision parts in the advanced materials industry.
