CERAFLOUR 1003

CERAFLOUR 1003 is a biobased, micronized polymer with wax-like properties based on corn starch for aqueous and solvent-based systems for matting and maintaining high transparency. CERAFLOUR 1003 has a matting effect and forms a texture effect on the surface while retaining excellent clarity. It has no effect on viscosity and has a particularly matting effect in solvent- based systems. CERAFLOUR 1003 is 100% bio-based and consists of 100% renewable raw materials. CERAFLOUR 1003 is recommended at 1-5% additive levels in formulations where matting and transparency is required. Its natural composition makes it suitable for industries that require sustainable solutions without compromising on performance.
