DISPERBYK-193

DISPERBYK 193 is a high molecular weight wetting and dispersing additive designed for resin-based aqueous pigment concentrates. DISPERBYK 193 reduces foaming and improves compatibility with let-down resins. It enables the production of low cost pigment concentrates with very good flow properties. DISPERBYK 193 deflocculates pigments through steric stabilization, improving color strength, transparency, gloss and storage stability of pigment concentrates. This allows for highly loaded pigment concentrates with significantly reduced viscosity at low concentrations. The benefits include improved pigment wetting and dispersion for enhanced color development and uniformity. Its use results in better hiding power, opacity and color consistency in finished products.
