ADIPRENE LF 900A

ADIPRENE LF 900A is a TDI-terminated polyether prepolymer with extremely low free TDI content. When cured with 4,4'-methylene-bis-(o-chloroaniline), MBCA, it yields a high performance 90 Shore A polyurethane elastomer suitable for many advanced applications. ADIPRENE LF 900A offers important advantages for advanced material processors in three key areas. It has less than 0.1% free TDI content, helping manage worker exposure. It also has longer pot life and lower viscosity, improving processing performance for advanced material casting. Additionally, ADIPRENE LF 900A delivers excellent dynamic performance at high speeds and loads, enabling expansion into more dynamically demanding advanced material applications requiring 90 Shore A hardness.
